Description

The Yellow Roses

A dozen yellow roses — layered petals, green stems, three stages of opening from bud to full bloom.
In the language of flowers, yellow roses stand for joy and friendship: warmth, a care that does not have to be a confession, the brightness of someone you keep close. Twelve is the romantic standard: the default for most rose gifts, considered without being calculated, enough without being excessive. A dozen in yellow keeps that fullness, only the meaning is lighter.
It feels less like a dark still life and more like sunlight left on the table — the classic dozen, chosen for gladness rather than for passion.

Design Details

Twelve stems, each built as a stage of the same rose: tight bud, half bloom, and a fully opened head. Bright yellow petals sit against green so the bouquet reads as a full dozen, not a single cut flower.
Adjustable stems and movable leaves let the arrangement sit in a vase as a finished bouquet rather than a locked sculpture. Mixed bloom shapes keep the piece full from different angles.

In the Room

Designed as a display piece for a desk, bookshelf, dining table, or sideboard. Let it sit in a vase among books and quieter objects, or give it its own space where the yellow can carry.
By day the color holds the room; after dark the green keeps the roses readable. A bouquet that does not wait on a garden outside.

The Build

A short build. Most people finish in about 1–3 hours — one evening. No need to split it across days. When the last piece clicks, it is ready to display.
